Has anybody had any experiences with Oxford Health Insurance plan? Are they good about paying claims? - oxford health insurance

I do not know if this was the case with other insurance companies, my son to the emergency room were a couple of months. Later, we received bills from the hospital and some doctors, and we had to the request of Oxford and the hospital or doctors, so they can be resolved. They did. Or so we thought. Last week we received an invoice from one of the doctors basically told us to pay an amount that would not pay for Oxford, after execution of the "code". Oxford, today I called and said that "review" of the complaint - which annoys me because it just means the examination, Oxford wants to make more money if a bonus or not?
