There is no such thing as "jewelers rouge by jewelers for polishing of metals. - But - I would not try to do so with their own resources. You can only ruin.
It is best to take it to a jeweler and have done for them.

I polished stones and jewelry very often. I use a pad and the wheel, the red sand under the wheel different.
Any successful jeweler should be able to complete its ground at a reasonable price.

Take it to the jeweler and ask if you can polish scratches. They know what can be done to resolve the problem.
